The Soulmate Foundation Corp. is a Vermont-based veteran nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded by Jonathan and Carol Mogor, creators of Soulmate Brewing Company.
After serving in the U.S. Navy from 1992–1998, Jonathan was deeply moved by the gratitude shown by civilians back home. That appreciation inspired a mission: to give back to those who serve — through shared moments of connection, one beer at a time.

The Foundation also honors the memory of Scott McHugh, Jonathan’s best friend who was killed in Iraq in May 2004 during a mortar attack on his unit, NMCB 14. Scott’s sacrifice, love, and friendship continue to guide Jonathan’s passion for people and the Foundation’s purpose and compassion.
At The Soulmate Foundation, we believe that small gestures can make a lasting impact. Our mission is to uplift active-duty military members and first responders through acts of gratitude — starting with a beer that says thank you.
We connect communities, and veterans nationwide to ensure those who protect us know they’re not forgotten.
From a single can to a full truckload, every donation makes a difference.
Our signature program, Cases4Bases ™, expands Soulmate Brewing’s Pour It Forward™ initiative across the country — and eventually overseas.
Through Cases4Bases ™, donors can sponsor craft beer shipments to U.S. military bases around the US. Each shipment includes a personalized message of thanks, connecting those who serve with the people who appreciate them most.
How You Can Help:
· Sponsor a case of craft beer for deployed troops or first responders
· Partner with us to extend support across the U.S.
· Share messages of gratitude that travel with every can and case
